Kevin’s hospitality career spans 20+ years of investment analysis, asset management, operations, and revenue management.  Kevin oversees Victory Hotel Partners’s feasibility analysis and investment underwriting for all hotel real estate acquisitions and third-party management prospects.  Over the past 12+ years Kevin has excelled in several business development roles with hospitality real estate investors and hotel management companies including Red Lion Hotels, Richfield Hospitality, Sage Hospitality, and CSM Lodging.  Before his current work in hospitality investments, Kevin spent 10+ years with Marriott International as a corporate portfolio revenue manager and later managing sales and marketing analytics for the Global Sales Organization.
